Educating oneself fully about another species is what i chose to do.I didn't realize it until i was sitting in the woods one day with my dog.
Just being with her in "our silent talk" made me begin to remember who I was, and for a brief second I felt completely whole.
This became an addiction, and the brief second turned into minutes, then hours,as I became her student.
Her teachings lasted 11 years, her classrooms diverse.
Gentle Spirit Farm will offer workshops, long term study courses and lectures. These are based on our current understanding of the canine and human animal relationship. Further study, field work and research will offer new experiences and education. Scheduled throughout 2013 are the basic foundations, the simple truths I have learned thus far.
